3. Bank Statement 6 Months (Max 7 days from Withdrawal)
4. Trade License / Employment leave Letter or Letter Head Pad
5. Previous Visa with Arrival/Departure Seals Husband’s pp/Malaysian Resident ID Copy
6. Processing Time 48 Hours Working
7. Fee: 4,000 Taka
